Obituary for Harry Degli-Angeli Jr.

Harry Degli-Angeli Jr.
SCHENECTADY Harry Degli-Angeli Jr., 61, passed away suddenly at the VA hospital on Saturday, April 22, 2017. Harry was one of four children born to Meta Baylash of Florida and the late Harry Degli-Angeli Sr. He was an Army veteran and an extremely hard working man. He held various jobs throughout his life including the Dept. of Corrections, Kenwood Academy, and most recently Boston Market.

Harry is survived by his wife Courtney (Laraway) Degli-Angeli, his mother, and his sister Helen Degli-Angeli of NH and one brother. He was predeceased by his brother Wilhelm and stepfather John Baylash. He also leaves to mourn his passing, in-laws Nancy and Tim Jeavons of Colonie, Ray and Donna Laraway of Florida, and Liz and Mike Martin of Niskayuna. He enjoyed spending time with his youngest niece Berkeley Cooper Martin and will be greatly missed by his constant canine companion, Oliver. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday at 4 PM at Philip J. Brendese Funeral Home, 133 Broad St. (Rt. 32) Waterford, NY.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit with the family at the funeral home on Saturday prior to the service from 2-4 PM.

Those who wish may make memorial contributions to the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society, 3 Oakland Ave., Menands, NY 12204.
