Obituary for Vivian Campoli
WATERFORD Vivian K. Campoli, 83, of Middletown Rd. died Wednesday May 17, 2017 at Schuyler Ridge Rehabilitation Center. Born in Troy she was the daughter of the late George and Emma Reinhart Clarke. She was a 1952 graduate of Catholic Central High School.
Vivian was employed for 24 years by the former New York Telephone Co. and retired in 1991 as an investigator for the Troy office. She was a communicant of St. Mary of the Assumption Church in Waterford and a former member of St. Mary’s School Mother’s Club. She was a former member of the Pitch and Pub Golf Club at the Watervliet Arsenal. Vivian enjoyed playing cards, bingo and bocce. She and her husband had traveled extensively visiting all parts of the continental United States as well as international sites.
Survivors include her devoted husband of 61 years, Chester Campoli, her loving children, Peter Campoli (Jackie) of Lake Forest, CA, David Campoli (Pat) of Clifton Park, Dean Campoli (Kristin) of Mission Viejo, CA and Daniel Campoli (Shannon) of Rexford. She was the sister of Pat Rushkoski of Troy and proud grandmother of Ricky, Christopher, Kelly, Scott, Alex, Brian and Giovanna Campoli. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services will be Tuesday morning at 9 a.m. from the Philip J. Brendese Funeral Home, 133 Broad St. (Rte. 32), Waterford and at 9:30 at St. Mary of the Assumption Church. Interment will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Waterford.
Relatives and friends may visit at the funeral home on Monday from 4-7 pm.
