The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of William Wulff can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: We are very sorry for your loss. In the short time tha I have known Bill as a member of Tri State Emergency Team, I became very fond of him. After reading all of his accpmplishments I regret not having invested the time to get to know him better. There was a whole lot of knowledge and experience in there. May he rest in peace. Condolence: To the family and friends of William H. Wulff:

I am so sorry for your loss. What a wonderful man Bill was. He was always willing to go the extra mile for his Odd Fellow, Rebekah, Patriarch's Militant and the Ladies Auxiliary Patriarch's Militant Friends/Family. And I should say many a mile, as he covered much of the United States and the world, but especially New York and Vermont, doing something he loved, Odd Fellowship. He will be missed by all for his dedication to the order.

Condolence: To the family, relatives, and friends of Bill Wulff.

Bill graduated from Cambridge Central School a year ahead of me. His sister Sarah and brother Dick were in my classes. All of them, including Bill were special classmates and treated me with tremendous respect which I never forgot. Bill, who was older and far far greater in stature than me, was my gentle giant who cared about my well being. Not that I was ever in danger, but made me feel that I was more than a speck of dust among throngs of bigger kids. I am sorry to learn that Bill has passed on. I will always remember all of them and will miss them at CCS reunions. The Wulffs were talented people who never forgot their humble roots.

Condolence: Bill was a 35 year active member of the Waterford/Tri-State Emergency Team serving as president for few years that I can remember. As a 40+ year member myself, I knew Bill his entire time with the Team. Up until just a few years ago, we could count on him to respond to emergency calls when needed, act as our parliamentarian at meetings, and fix about anything that needed to be repaired. One thing we still talk about and I learned early on knowing Bill...NEVER ask him for a big tool. What you get may take two to handle. Up until his recent illness, you could count on him to be at every meeting unless he was traveling with serving multiple positions with the Oddfellows all over the world. Bill will be missed dearly. He was a great member, a true asset to the Team, and most of all a friend.
