Condolence From: Susan Salisbury
Condolence: Helen,
Betty called us today to tell us of Stan's passing. Eileen and I were just talking about Stan and wondering how he was.
We often remember the great times we had when we were in St. Mary's choir.

Stan was more than a choir director to me, he was a very good friend who shared his gifts with others.

We will be praying for Stan and for you and your family.

Condolence From: John Folsom
Condolence: Helen, Stan was my initial inspiration when I started playing organ. Always enjoyed hearing him play.

Condolence From: Allen Lindsay
Condolence: We were 22 years together in the Mendelssohn Club, and I found Stan to be a good man and lots of fun, especially in the "backroom piano" mode, and most especially when joining with Conductor Larry Coulter for those duets. I couldn't have been happier to hear that he'd won big in the lottery. It wasn't an accident that I had him play at my father's 90th birthday party, held, appropriately, in Waterford. We who knew him miss him.

Condolence: Condolences on Stan's passing. Always loved his stories and will never forget his kindness when my husband Chick died. I can envision him and my brother in law Paul putting their heads together for some grand concerts in heaven. He and his talent will be greatly missed

Condolence From: Mary T. Landor
Condolence: To Stanley's family: My dad Paul Landor, my mother Anna and I would like to send you our condolences on Stan's passing. It was such a shock to hear of his illness and his sudden death. But take it to heart that his passing on Ash Wednesday, the first day of our Lord's passion can only help him on the other side. Now you will have memories of Stan to get you through the grieving process. Like him being asked to audition for Lawrence Welk's orchestra. Stan was that good of an organist. Thankfully for St. Mary's he turned it down, but what an honor. Take care and still pray for him, as each prayer will elevate his place in Heaven.

Condolence: Helen, Kevin and Family, Paddy and I wish we could be there with you in your time of great sorrow. Remember He is in the arms of the angels. His musical talent will never be forgotten by those who enjoyed the music he so skillfully shared with others. Just know we are thinking of you and keeping you in our prayers. Lots of love to all of you, Paddy and Pauline

Condolence: Dearest Helen, Kevin, Colleen, Tommy and family, please accept my sincere condolences on your great loss. I never had the pleasure of meeting Stanley in person although I did speak to him on the phone. I felt I got to know Stanley through you Helen and as you told me you were more like friends than Brother and Sister. I know you have a very loving and supportive family that will help you. Rest assured that you will be in my thoughts, sending you love from across the Irish Sea.
Rest In Peace Stanley

Condolence From: Delores Salvinski
Condolence: All my love and prayers to Stan's family at this time....his spirit will be with you always...andd I can only guess by his actions he can probably be "labeled," the clown of the famille!! Always smiling, joking, and asking me, (after Mass in Polish) "How's the Old Lady...." meaning his sister-in-law Etta, who also resides here at VSS. When Price Chopper had the "Weekly Dinner," menu going on he would ask if we wanted anything, placed the order, picked it up and delivered it conveniently,(since she lives on the first level....)by way of the back window in her apartment!! God Bless ya "Sunney Boy" you're a part of the "Rainbow" now....
